Very surprised at the length of time the repair took. Communication and quality were good.

I had a couple of stuck license plate screws and went to the dealer, but they wanted to charge me to torch them off. Instead, I stopped by CARSTAR, where Brad at the front desk went above and beyond. He spent some time trying to work them out, but we discovered the screws were stripped on the inside. Without hesitation, he took it to the back, and after a little bit, he came back with my new license plate installed perfectly.
