Today was my first time here. After expressing my concerns to Dr. Karapetian , he made sure I was comfortable and demostrated compassion and care. I suffer from Ptsd , anxiety and dental phobia, but Dr.Karapetian''s bedside manners were very satisfactory. Staff was great as well. My visit was very satisfactory , and pleasant.
I have a very bad experience about the customer service as well as dental care at Hamlet Karapetian dental office at 1338 Santa Rosa street. I have been received dental care for 4 years in Hawaii, but I was very surprised with how poor service this office provided to me 12/6/2018.
