Terrible experience with this builder. My home was not built to code. I was informed of this by the city who discovered this after I moved in. . In addition, I have had engineers out to my property who have told me in their reports that the excavation of my property was very poorly done. I’ve been in this home a little under 2 years and things are just falling apart. Drawers, doors, ect.. poor quality materials. Hamlet Homes stands behind their product 100%! We had some minor warranty issues, like all homes, but they were taken care of in a timely way and done right. They even took care of a problem we discovered after our warranty period had expired. We were unable to install a Radon fan in the attic where it was supposed to go because of furnace vent pipes being in the way.
