-1 is my actual rating. This is not a dog friendly community as advertised. There is not adequate dog stations posted, throughout the complex the dog park is a joke, no doggy bags, no garbage cans to place the poop in, so you literally have to walk with poop in hand to find a garbage can. I’m updating my previous review because management publicly responded assuring these issues would be addressed. Months later, absolutely nothing has changed. The water situation is still completely unreliable. Today, once again, the water was shut off with zero notice—no email, no communication, nothing.
