Sell its trashy assisted living facilities to a responsible buyer, preferably a church group that actually has some integrity
RecommendedThey own and operate the finest Assisted Living Facility in Western New York. It is a beautiful facility with an excellent Administrator and wonderful staff. The people who live there are happy and well cared for. The facility is immaculate. The food is restaurant quality. The caring and love shown by each and every staff member is heartwarming.

Heather Heights of Pittsford is a joke. Most the staff are lazy, rude, inconsiderate, selfish, unappreciative people. Ive seen this place inside and out. i have also been there for years and see a lot of things get hidden, they tend to hide me when Mark or Jack show up, knowing i would be one of the first to want to speak with them. try to stay away from this place, cant speak on other buildings but im sure as do most places would, they all have their dirty hidden secrets.
Brompton Heights has changed my life.When I came here I was very sick and I was told I would never make it.SURPRIZE. with Gods help and all these wonderful management,nurses,aids,and most of all our beautiful residents I am living my last stage of my life doing what I always wanted to do.I know you have to start the day with a smile.I find disappointments are inevitable and discouragement is a choice.God blesses us so we might bless others.Sure we have days we can,t seem to get our bodies moving.Try try.We all need each othe... read more
