Honestly, I'm happy with the overall outcome with my house being sold. I was incredibly lucky to have Brandon as my realtor and I would recommend him (and the company) to anybody. Selling/buying a home is incredibly stressful and he made it as seamless and stress free as possible!

Stay away from these people, their realtors are not helpful and even lie. She was not helpful when we asked for public record type of information. We’ve been sitting here for the past 80 hours, waiting on the contingency to be removed on a house that we made full offer on. Only to find out that it was removed more than a day ago. - Response, me or my agent received nothing until the 72 hours was up. The problem is the contingency was removed almost a day and half earlier. Had we known this, we could have started a new house ... read more
