Unfortunately there are some people who misrepresent the facts. This is one of those situations. They were asking Merci to perform a service their real estate agent should be performing and Merci politely informed them of the proper procedure so as to not do anything unethical on our part. This poster also went as far as to have one of their friends leave a negative post. I don't understand the mentality of someone like this. We do a great job for our clients and honor our fellow agents.
I set up an appointment to view a house with Merci. She called me the day of me viewing the house to make sure I was coming to view it. I told her yes then she wanted to ask a "few" questions. These questions ultimately came out to do you have a house for me to sale? If you buy this house will you use me or a different realtor? I answered that I had a different realtor. She then told me that if that's the case I need to contact my own realtor. That if I am not using her it is a waste of her time. Yep that's great. I definite... read more
If it was possible I would give them 0 stars, unbelievable. Merci has unbelievably horrible customer service, I've never dealt with a more awful person ever. If you use these people - which I do not recommend - avoid the person named Merci at all costs! If you are a first time homebuyer and unsure of the process and what you want or maybe which realtor you are wanting to use even, this person will absolutely help you make up your mind and not on what house you want but what realtor you DO NOT want to use and her name is Merc... read more

We had the absolute worst experience with Rachel Payne, a 21 year old realtor whom has no business working with the public in any form. She made numerous mistakes, which we understood with her being so young. We came into this knowing she was young and are very forgiving and understanding people. We had the most amazing team helping us! From Brett helping us through the process of buying a home to Gordon and Ryann helping us get our house sold quick and pain free. We had a major hiccup on moving day with my husband falling out of the attic and hurting his ankle. Everyone was so accommodating helping us to still get closed on our houses. They were amazing at keeping us informed in all steps of the process. Amazing group of people!!
