I worked with Breann Llewelyn at Hamilwood Realty this year and loved working with her and her team! I live in the Dallas area and was selling a house for a family estate in Tuttle, outside Oklahoma City which is 3 hours away. The house looked like it did in the 1990s, so either needed to be remodeled, or sold at a big discount. We had the absolute worst experience with Rachel Payne, a 21 year old realtor whom has no business working with the public in any form. She made numerous mistakes, which we understood with her being so young. We came into this knowing she was young and are very forgiving and understanding people. Until ... there was zero accountability.
