The owner is shady af I drove my fiance from an hour and a half away with the title for her vehicle to get her personal belongings out of it and he told us over the phone that "she wasn't getting her belongings because she didn't pay the bill, he already started paperwork on it, and conveniently he's out of state at the moment so she'd have to wait until the 9th or 10th and to call 1st." When we told him we were there with the title it didn't matter.
