My jewelry that I paid for the fix wasn't actually fixed. I paid for it in full. I didn't inspect it when I was there as I trusted when they said it was fixed, it was fixed. I took it out of the bag and it was still broken - it was never fixed. I understand that the owner has passed away. And I too, just lost family members. I would like them to resolve the situation. They will not answer calls or open the door to discuss. I would like my money back or it fixed.

Update and RESPONSE TO OWNER: This location's response was that they couldn't make what I wanted from what I brought in. I brought in a thick, long gold chain that probably could have made 5-7 sets of earrings minimum. They assured me they could do this. I had a really NASTY experience with these ladies. I have some gold that I wanted to melt down and have made into multiple earrings sets. I called before I came to make sure this was possible. Ivan has gone above a beyond when repairing my family jewelry. He is my go to MASTER JEWELER!!! Some jewelers will not repair jewelry from overseas. But Ivan get's excited when I bring things in (truly enjoys what he does) and has the knowledge and experience to make the finest repairs!!! Sincerely, KP

They created a custom necklace for me with my great grandmothers wedding ring and also fixed a missing stone from another antique ring. They are the nicest and best!
