Hamilton's catered my daughters wedding and did an amazing job from beginning to end. The staff was punctual, friendly, proffessional, and accommodating in every way. The food presentation was well done and tasted wonderful. They made and carried the brides plate to her table. They also cleared tables after the guests were finished. Had several compliments from many of the guest. I would highly recommend them for any occasion.
Hamilton’s went above and beyond to make our night great! We met with them on multiple occasions, made sure we had everything that we needed, and even added to our guest count just a few days before our special day to ensure that we would not run out of food for our guests! Not only did they do a great job on the food (which was phenomenal!) but they also really catered to our need to get there early to start decorating. I would definitely recommend them as a wedding venue and/or caterer!
I have been to countless Hamilton's events and they have all went off without a hitch. I have hosted a few bridal showers in their Westside Room and they have always been so great to work with - always responsive in planning and so very accommodating when setting up and during the event. We just had our wedding reception at their 110 ballroom and all I can say about their staff and service is wow. Everyone knows their food is great (yummm fried chicken). I can’t even begin to explain how much I love Hamilton’s! We recently used them for our wedding in Springfield. They provided our buffet/food, liquor and table cloths. Everything was perfect! Emails were responded to in a very timely manner, wait staff was very professional and everything was put together perfectly. Also, have you had their food? It’s AMAZING! We didn’t even look into any other food services, we knew we would be taken care of by Hamilton’s! I will be recommending to everyone!
On 2/15 I was at an anniversary party where the food was catered by Hamilton's . The young lady serving was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She was the only server there, but but handled everything with ease.
