Made an appointment. Mr. Hamilton remembered me from when he worked on my vehicle over three years ago. I arrived at the appointed time, my starter was replaced, and I was out of there in about an hour. Beware: the waiting room is totally dusty and stuffy. Try not to hang out there if you can. Try to drop off your car and come back for it when the job is done.
This place has had my van for 8 months and counting and each time i get the "next week" response when asked when it will be done. Every time we have physically gone in its the same response. I do not recommend this place for any services at all. I wish I had another way to get my van done. I have given too many benefits of the doubt and it keeps getting more extreme on the excuses I've been getting. First was no help, then tools breaking, now his "help" breaking their fingers. BEWARE!! This is the absolute worst service I have ever seen!!!! He has has my car since October 27, 2018 the owner has been PAID to change my transmission it is now January 9, 2019 and he still has my car!!! Everytime I call to see if it is ready there is another excuse as to why it's not done! Today my calls are going ignored! I think it's time to call a lawyer or something I am a single mom and I have been without a car for 2 and half months now!!!
