The two technicians who serviced our HVAC units in our apartment today were just terrific. Jose Matias and Peter Borbon knew exactly what they were doing both with respect to the through-the-wall units and the one central air unit. They also got to our apartment on time and worked non-stop for almost five hours to thoroughly test and clean all of the units. We are very appreciative.
The technicians were amazing. They did a fantastic job. Especially Juan.
It was an emergency because A/C unit was spilling water onto the floor. Hamilton responded that day and quickly resolved the problem. Excellent response and service.
