Marvin was very professional and thorough
Insurance approval was a screw up
Glenn Adolphe and his son serviced our three AC units in our condo last month. They were very professional. Also, no technician had ever taken each unit completely out of the wall, cleaned (with Windex!), vacuumed and installed new seals on each unit. We will definitely ask for Glenn for our next maintenance visit.
We recently had Jaime Sanchez come to our apartment to help troubleshoot some issues on a PTAK unit. Jaime was excellent! He took care of the problem efficiently and professionally, and followed up on some other items that needed attention. His service was unparalleled. He is a true asset to the Hamilton air team! JW
I just had a great service of my HVAC unit from Liam and Chris. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and took excellent care of my home and units. I highly recommend the service and will be using them again!
