I have invested with HZ since 2007. They provide good and secure returns averaging 4% to 9% cash on cash per year. Always upfront with the business plans, however I would appreciate more day to day information about each property. Currently invested in five properties. I've used other R/E investment sponsers, but none measure up to HZ.
This company knows what they are doing. We’ve been investing with them for over 15 years and they have repeatedly performed above our expectations. Their acquisitions team, property management team, finance team, marketing team and customer relations team have all been excellent, responsive and professional. I highly recommend this company. 5 stars absolutely.
