I don't write reviews, but this is an acception. I called Hamilton-Weiss because my AC was down. They were overbooked and couldn't get to me until a few days later. They told me if there is an open slot I will be the first one. They kept their promise as I was called back the same day I called them. Two technicians came out and looked at my AC. Called them on Monday and they had someone out the next day. They diagnosed the problem with my AC unit very quickly and were super nice. They had to get a part so they came back the next day, replaced the motor and the unit worked even better than it had before! Highly recommend them, fast, friendly and efficient.
I had a great experience with Hamilton Weiss on a commercial HVAC inspection. George Scarborough an excellent technician. He’s honest, thorough, and is really good at explaining the issues and coming up creative and cost effective options to solve HVAC problems. I recommend them for commercial work.
