Had a yummy meal with excellent service from our waitress on Saturday evening. My filet was cooked slightly over the temperature I asked for & was a little salty, but it was flavorful and good. The mac & cheese was probably our favorite side, with the potato croquet being second. Overall, we had a good experience, and I'd go back again and give them another try.
Our first time at Hamilton Walker's was a great experience. The food was very delicious and the service was excellent as well. We especially loved the spinach dip appetizer (soooo good). My husband had a ribeye and I had the filet, both of which were tender and flavorful. The house fries were huge and seasoned well and the twice baked potato casserole had an interesting flavor but overall was good. I recently visited here with my family and overall the experience was decent in terms of food and service, but I left with concerns about the staffing structure and representation. There appeared to be limited diversity in visible leadership and guest-facing roles. While there were employees from different backgrounds, they seemed to be primarily placed in support positions, while management and front-of-house roles lacked that same representation.
