I took both of my VW Atlas’s in for service. Sadly I had recently had a very bad experience with Service at my Smithville RV dealership and was not looking forward to going through this again. Hamilton VW was exceptional Ron in Service was great extremely professional and accommodating I couldn’t have been happier. It is important to identify quality customer service because unfortunately it is becoming rare. Hats off to the Hamilton VW Service team.

All I can say about this dealership is just WOW. Since I bought my 2014 EOS, I’ve been to a few VW dealerships and this is the best I’ve ever dealt with. From the minute I called to book an appointment to replace my front brakes and rear coils, and spoke to Dan to source the parts and to Bryan, who booked me in for my service visit it all went smoothly before I even stepped foot in the dealership.
