The staff is generally nice but lacking in clear communication. I was told I’d receive my contacts within a few business days and that I would be contacted, but it passed that time and when I called, I was first told that they weren’t gonna be ready for another week and then someone got on the phone and they are ready now. When I brought it, the fact that this was a confusing experience and a bit disappointing over the phone. Up until my first appointment here, the eye doctor was always an open-and-shut, “read the letters on the wall and try not to blink” kind of experience. After coming here, I’ve had a complete change of heart. The amount of information and care that was taken to explain to me what was going on was genuinely impressive.
