The doctors are knowledgeable and they are able to break down textbook definitions into something anyone can understand. My only rife is the lack of good customer service skills the receptionist and some of technicians contain. There’s one (I haven’t had the chance to speak to her, however) all her interactions are professional. I have never been to an eye place where everyone was so warm and welcoming. I was so exhausted and wanted to get it over with, but I left with a smile and genuinely happy due to the service. To my girl Frankie, THANK YOU for being you and being SO EXTREMELY accommodating.
