Mice and Centipede Infested Hamilton Village Apartments are by far the worst living conditions I have ever experienced. There are mice in the buildings, my neighbor and I caught a total of 11 in 1 month. I then killed 5 centipedes in 2 weeks. Awful!!!
HAMILTON VILLAGE APARTMENT HOMES HAMILTON VILLAGE APARTMENT HOMES IS A DECENT COMMUNITY. I HAVE RESIDED HERE FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS. THE GROUNDS HERE ARE KEPT CLEAN AND THUS FAR THIS HAS BEEN A SAFE QUIET PLACE TO LIVE. I WOULD SOMEDAY LIKE TO MOVE TO A BETTER PLACE AS FOR NOW THIS IS MY HOME. I AM THANKFUL AND VERY BLESSED TO HAVE A PLACE TO CALL HOME.
Living here for 6 years. Been having a lot of needed repairs since moved here just got new carpet about3weeks ago. had rooms painted last year but needs repainted because it is a sloppy job dome and some rooms were not even touched. The carpet makes it looked totally beautiful.
