I read all the reviews and had doubts whether or not to make the appointment. I decided to give it a shot and call. I made the appointment and never received a confirmation. When I called to confirm the time because I couldn't remember, they told me it wasn't on the schedule. Very bad customer service. Don't even bother to make an appointment.

Three weeks after the follow-up appointment to treat my severe varicose veins, I learned from my insurance that they submitted the pre-authorization request for one leg only, and not the one that has the most severe condition. I called them and they made all kind of excuses using a rude ton, instead of aknowledging that they forgot. The physician, who was supposed to call me back, never did. When I first came to the clinic I really enjoyed some of the staff that worked there but within my experience I have chosen never to go back to this clinic again. I had 2 procedures done and the day I went to have the second one they ran out of the medicine to inject halfway through the procedure and was told I should be ok but if have any discomfort to call them.
