Not happy at all the front desk lady was rude I gave her my id and insurance card than she said I never gave her my cards when she played dumb when I know I gave it to her than when it was right in front of her face she got rude and smarted off I sat there about 25 mins with my thumb cut open and the nurse n the doctor cleaned my injury they didn’t have the stuff to stitch my thumb up and said they didn’t carry it ???🤬😡😡😡 wth is wrong with your urgent care I probably won’t be back I’d drive to mercy hospital from now on ... read more
extremely rude. took my 4 yr old for pink eye , when we came in , the receptionist didn't even say hi or make acknowledgment that i was there , she just handed me the paper to fill out and say bring back my id and insurance . when the Dr csme back in the room he was saying hi to my 8 month old in his carseat and my 4 year old said hi and the Dr rudely turned to him and said I'm not talking you and completely ignored him. I couldn't believe how rude he was to a 4 year old.
will never go here again. 2nd time they misdiagnosed me. said I have a upper respiratory infection. I asked twice to test me for the flu and the answer was no. said I didn't have flu symptoms. brought my son in he same visit and they said we both had two different issues. come to find out we both have the flu. it took everything in me to make it to that visit and it was useless. Recommendedthe doctor was awsome so sweet and kind was in and out in ni time . got my medican yes it's cheaper there then at my doctors office
We always have a great experience here. The Dr. is very nice and we never wait more than a few minutes.
The speedy service The Dr has very goodrelationship with patients he is very nice and friendly gets you in and out I have gone there for years keep up the good work
even though they didn't x-ray my shoulder, I hope this medicine works, I'm in pain
