This is a predatory development company. They purchased the building I was a tenant in and proceeded to immediately start major construction, raise rent prices and not offer any support to the tenants that were already leasing. They recommended we “break our lease” which shows how out of touch they are with actual Seattle renters. This company is only for the profit of wealthy property owners and does no good for actual Seattle residents.
