I’ve been going here since July 2023. I’ve received nothing but support from all the staff and nurses. My consular Kelly is very helpful, thorough and helps me overcome every day battles. She not only sees me on scheduled days but any day. Any day I feel I NEED to talk to her I wait and she sees me without question and is there, supportive and gives me all of the resources needed. I’ve been going here for a lil over a year ‘ they change staff very frequently & not for the better.. The front desk Caucasian chick has a major power trip issue & is 9/10 normally ignorant, rude & highly unprofessional. Than, they want you to see your counselor weekly but honestly it’s very pointless because you don’t accomplish anything. Honestly all my positive success is because of me & the doc that I’ve seen 2-3 times. but they love to take credit as if it’s them .
