This is the place you go to buy drugs sit out side and have a few drinks live off the government harrass people and get away with it..no rules do your own thing on the governments dime!!!
they initially charged a penalty of $1100 and we had to negotiate so much to reduce that. the kids had written small ABC's on one part of the wall and their penalty was $1100, stating a reason that they cannot just paint a 'piece of wall '. they need to paint the entire apartment! RecommendedAll of the green shirted day to day staff are always around hard at work and answer maintenance requests in reasonable time. The contractors which do renovations are also very polite and never work in a manner disruptive to the tenants. Additionally, the in office staff is always willing to help and provide information.
