I had a wonderful experience working with Angila as my property manager. She has excellent customer service skills and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Anytime I had questions or needed assistance, she was always professional, kind, and quick to help. She helped me tremendously and made everything so much easier and less stressful. Overall, I truly think she is a great manager who genuinely cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to provide support. I highly recommend her!
Living here 2 times in different decades, and now I'm renewing my lease for another 12 months. Great location, maintenance service always answers quickly, and does faster repairs.
Cherie has been so amazing and helpful on getting my family set up with an apartment at The Hubb of New Albany. She's so friendly, polite and approachable. She has been promt on returning calls and answering any and all questions.
It is a totally quiet area and the access to the lake is a perfect environment for walking. In addition, I think its location is totally perfect since we have restaurants and shops very close to it that make it an ideal place to live. Finally, I want to say that the attention from the leasing office has been great because they have helped us in everything that has arisen.
Cherie been nothing but a life saver.Easy to talk and work with.Great host/staff to the Hub and most definitely a good person.
