It is a totally quiet area and the access to the lake is a perfect environment for walking. In addition, I think its location is totally perfect since we have restaurants and shops very close to it that make it an ideal place to live. Finally, I want to say that the attention from the leasing office has been great because they have helped us in everything that has arisen.
Nice place to call home. Friendly, helpful staff on site. Issues do arise from time to time. Maybe, the dishwasher breaks or you have a noisy neighbor. At Hamilton Square.. your concerns are taken seriously. After all, happy tenants tend to renew their lease. This place is close to everything.. whether you need dental work or a pizza. Shops and restaurants galore.. yet the traffic doesn't seem bad at all.. due to new infrastructure. Come on home to Hamilton Square. You won't be sorry.
I've been living here for almost two years and let me tell you I love this place my apartment is exceptional with brand new carpet when I got here and the facilities the service and all the staff absolutely deserve the 5 star rating!!!!
I've been living at Hamilton Square Apts for about 3 years. There are the usual problems living in apartments but recently I found out that the grass is going to be cut every other week rather than once a week, especially in the spring when the grass grows very fast. In general the apartments look rundown and now with 12 inch tall grass it really looks neglected. Very calm and peaceful for the most part you’ll hear some music from time to time but it never goes to late or anything like that. The maintenance team is great and quick, friendly attitudes and the office is helpful and professional. The apartment had some issues at first but their maintenance team took care of it in a quick timeframe so that was nice. The apartment ended up having a nicer view then anticipated plus it’s close by to a lot of stores which is convenient.
