I lived here for 5 years 2020-2025. The first 3 years were great. Then they switched Property Managers from Ms Tammy and things slid downhill fast. This weekend Hamilton Springs Apartment had my car removed from the parking lot after being a resident for 5+ years. It cost me $350.00 to get my car back from Vision wreckers at 7517 Bel Air Rd. Literally 6 minutes from my house. I’m so angry and disappointed in this complex, I take back all the good things I ever said about this complex. Now you’ll gonna get the truth! Pissed off completely!
I have resided at Hamilton Springs Apartments for 16 years and counting. Living here is heaven on earth and I cannot picture myself living anywhere else. The apartments are huge. The grounds are always well kept. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. More than enough parking with well lit areas throughout the entire complex.
