If I could negative stars I would. First off their policy is once you’re a month late they’ll lock your unit which is reasonable except I was only TWO DAYS late when I went up there to get a couple things and to pay on my lot just to find out that my code for the gate wouldn’t work. However a worker showed up and opened the gate (didn’t get out of her car or anything just opened it remotely for me) so once I get to my lot this woman (Lori I think that’s her name) came up asking for the owner of the lot and continued to say t... read more
