If I could give zero stars I would. I went to have a small fishing scale certified and asked Jennifer at the front desk how much it would cost. She said she didn’t know, but it wouldn’t be much. I said that’s fine. I don’t want to pay $75 for this Certification, and I was assured it wouldn’t be. After they held onto my scale for over a month, I finally got a hold of them only for them to say it would be ready in a few more days.
