So far so good! Lived here for about 6 months. Maintenance is done promptly and issues are handled quickly. The units are a relatively fair price. The staff of HQ flats is friendly and attentive, I believe they genuinely care. Because they are owned by a huge company, if you have any issues that goes beyond the scope of what management could do, corporate weighs in and they don't treat you like a person. UPDATE, almost twelve months in (new post to replace the old review): I've moved my review up to four stars, as you should know that HQ Flats is really a good place for what you pay. No more overpriced than other nice places and you get a brand new or almost brand new unit. Maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and with text updates. Everything is online here, even lease renewals. Lived here for almost a year now. The staff is amazing. I had a small issue with my heater and they kept me informed the whole time while they got it resolved the same day I called into the office.
