Overpriced Underachievers – I was charged twice as much for my 2009 tax return done by HPB as I was charged by another tax preparer for my comparable 2010 return. Imagine my irritation to receive a bill from the IRS for $1602 for the overpriced 2009 return for a 1099 the "CPAs" were given but neglected to include in my return.
