Terrible at answering phone calls and getting back to patience
Melissa Parks and Dr. Kabir have both made a significant difference in my quality of life. I struggled with severe migraines that would not go away, but with their care and guidance, those migraines are now under control. I am truly grateful for the dedication and support they have shown me. I had a very frustrating experience with Hamilton Physician Group – Neurology due to ongoing communication issues. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone—they rely almost entirely on voicemail, which is unacceptable for a medical office. Calls are rarely answered, and messages are often not returned, making it nearly impossible to get timely help or even basic information. I'm having bad headaches for the last 2 years and I got hooked up with a practitioners assistant. I was literally in and out of the office in 10 minutes and was never asked any questions on why I might be having these headaches. My family doctor sent me over there but it was the biggest waste of time. She didn't prescribe me anything new she didn't ask about any of my symptoms.
