Compassionate care, I feel that my provider is incredibly thorough.
This is the most unprofessional place ever!!! They are very rude on the phone and my husband has serious neurological issues, they don’t seem to care! Have left multiple messages for them to call us back and they never do! Please don’t go here EVER!!!
Update: Darla was amazing and got everything figured out. The office visit itself was fine. However, it was recommended I get an MRI. I chose to have it done closer to my home. Because I am not having it done at a Hamilton Facility (an hours drive) they are making it as difficult as possible to get done. I will not be going back.
They are the worst with Telehealth appointments. Our last two Telehealth appointments have been on a Friday around 10 am. They close at 12. We’re always checked in early and waiting on the call screen, but the doctor is always running behind and we get left with nobody ever attending our video call or even a courtesy call / message to reschedule when the time hits past 12. And yes, we did end up calling the office phone at 12 to see where the doctor was and we were told the office was now closed and everybody but the answeri... read more
