I’m so disappointed in the service we received. My son and I went and had the flu and upper respiratory infection. Sherry Brooks, NP very sweet but she prescribe the wrong prescription for my nine-year-old son. When I called and tried to have it fixed it was after hour and the two ladies would not let me speak with a doctor to get it corrected. My child had a fever of 103 and was seen that day but they wouldn’t call in the correct medication said that wasn’t what after hours are for. Needless to say I took him somewhere else... read more
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. A SCAM of a “medical” facility. Hamilton Physicians used to be a decent place to receive care, but those days are long gone. The first year they opened, they were reliable—now, this place is an absolute joke. The wait times are beyond ridiculous, and the scheduling staff is laughably incompetent. Best Healthcare I have ever received in my 73 years. long time patient. Grace needs a major attitude adjustment. Something like this can really ruin a visit.
