First impressions can be remedied! When I was referred initially not only did the Intake for this company give me grief ( as well my doctor's office) but they totally dropped the ball. I was later informed there was an internal change occuring but that is no excuse as when I tried following up with Intake not once but 3 more times there was no courtesy call response. Dreadful! Very rude doctor hoping to have a specialist in pain but all there was was a Family Doctor who yells at patients. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.
I see Dr. Al Shama at this location approximately 2-3x's monthly. Unfortunately, I can't call on my day of visits( Saturdays) as the line isn't connected for Saturday mornings but open until 12:00pm. I like the staff but I need to make changes to upcoming appointments that have been booked in another Region. This is the 2nd request for the changes and now that I'm relocating & still would like to keep my Dr.'s where I have them, as I'm going more rural. Amazing people very clean
The staff at this clinic needs retraining on how to book appointments. On the request of the doctor that is treating me I was to book an appointment with his assistant. While at the clinic I booked my follow up appointment. I had to cancel as I didn’t have the test results to be discussed. Since then, I have been trying to book that appointment. It’s been 2 weeks.
