My experience at this service center was a clear example of how a customer should NOT be treated. I brought in my 2020 Nissan Altima for a simple radar calibration. Instead of performing the basic service I requested, the technician called me claiming that a bracket connected to the radar ‘must be replaced,’ and without providing any solid justification, quoted me a total of $1,280.
