I got there today… first the service advisor confused my time of the appointment and second I asked a question and customer service whoever lady is there where the service advisors are… when I asked her if she had my car keys or if the car was ready… she looked with a not very friendly face and replied: I DON’T KNOW… I am NOT a “\Service advisor” if the oil change is complimentary and this is how you treat people… then kept it! CUSTOMER SERVICE lacked of professionalism today.
The service department is top tier!
I've owned 3 Nissans bought from Hamilton Nissan and the service has always been top notch. The service has been exceptional and the packaged deal for the Oil Changes + Tire Rotation has been my go-to for years! The wait is longer than a place like Jiffy Lube, but I love not having to worry about my tire air pressure, or other fluids since they are all checked. They've helped patch a tire rather than selling me new ones and the sales representatives have worked with me to get the best deal possible. Would highly recommend!
Always a pleasure going to Hamilton Nissan since I found a great service advisor that I trust.
