I waited 6 months to post…my son has braces thru Covid and communication was poor. We took his braces off early (cosmetically he looked fine). I requested a permanent retainer and was chastised by the orthodontist in the middle of the treatment area and told he just needs to wear the retainer. I voiced concerned and they were ignored. Long story short after spending 8000-10000 at this office (phase 1-3 braces) we are going to another orthodontist for braces-his teeth are moving. Please listen to parents-I was ignored. I took my daughter here for her first appointment for a consultation, waited over an hour just see a doctor. We decided to start the treatment and again waited over an hour. Why bother have an appointment when the office can even keep the appointment time. Very disappointed wish I went to another orthodontist office instead. The wait time is ridiculous!!! They probably short on staff and over book the appointment!
everytime i come here i have to wait 30-40 minutes. they overbook constantly.
