Trying to reach out to them is very frustrating, Their website needs to be updated. The phone number they have on their website does not work. I've been trying to reach out to them to make an appointment for my daughter to fix her retainer, but the number is not working. I guess the only way is to drive all the way to their office to make the appointment. Beside, they are overpriced. Please choose another Orthodontics. You can find a cheaper, and better Ortho.

I waited 6 months to post…my son has braces thru Covid and communication was poor. We took his braces off early (cosmetically he looked fine). I requested a permanent retainer and was chastised by the orthodontist in the middle of the treatment area and told he just needs to wear the retainer. I voiced concerned and they were ignored. Long story short after spending 8000-10000 at this office (phase 1-3 braces) we are going to another orthodontist for braces-his teeth are moving. Please listen to parents-I was ignored. I took my daughter here for her first appointment for a consultation, waited over an hour just see a doctor. We decided to start the treatment and again waited over an hour. Why bother have an appointment when the office can even keep the appointment time. Very disappointed wish I went to another orthodontist office instead. The wait time is ridiculous!!! They probably short on staff and over book the appointment!
