I am a frequent customer of Hamilton Mill Car Wash. Every time I visit, I am impressed by the courtesy of the staff, and more than pleased with the job they do. On very rare occasions, I see something that needs to be corrected. They are always apologetic and instantly fix what has to be done. As a result, I have an excellent experience every time. S Hickey
I've used this car wash for many years! Employees have come and gone but the quality and customer service remain great! The facility is always clean and the tunnel provides entertainment during the wash process. I'm also always impressed how they make a point to do a final walk-around with you before you leave the lot. You can really tell they care about your vehicle and the service they deliver. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
Disappointed. Tire conditioner was poorly applied. Even after I asked for it to be redone. Step rails were not cleaned up where the car wash had missed. Interior was subpar. Wasn't wiped down very well. I could tell that it was the end of the day and the effort was lacking.
I purchased the top wash package and expected my car to be spotless ($45 including tip). Car looked fine from the back and interior was clean. Got home and the whole hood of the car was streaked like it had been wiped down with a dirty towel. I immediately drove back. Spoke to a nice guy named Austin (think he was on break, sorry!) and asked him if I could speak with a manager. I've been taking my car to the Hamilton Mill car wash for quite a long time, always super satisfied, and always appreciate the great customer service from everybody who works there. I buy the multi car wash packages, they're a good deal and it's easy to then just pull in and get my car washed anytime it needs it !! Highly recommend Hamilton mill car wash
I was their most frequent customer for over 3 years. Nice Place, nice enough people, but the owners (remote) would not train the help on how to clean windows, inside or out - they were the worst in Atlanta. I kept asking for that one item to be improved, I washed (along with my employees), over 2500 cars there in five years, I liked the people, It was a convenient location.
