I got in a car accident and responded to the office on a Saturday (they are open Saturday, but claimed they were not even though they texted me). I could not make my appointment because my car is totaled, and I received no response. On Tuesday they charged me $50 no show even though I messaged them on Saturday. I had been seeing this provider since early 2024 and had never had a bad experience with the provider or his staff. Once he started to grow in business, customer care went out the window. I asked for my medical records to be sent to a third party and then also myself. During this, I also stated I would no longer be a patient of this practice.
