Omg this place is horriable. I was driving and couldn't give them my Drs number. So they dropped me. No warning or anything. I told the nurse I would call back with info. This place is about money and not helping people.
I got in a car accident and responded to the office on a Saturday (they are open Saturday, but claimed they were not even though they texted me). I could not make my appointment because my car is totaled, and I received no response. On Tuesday they charged me $50 no show even though I messaged them on Saturday. No care as to whether I was okay, just when I would give them $50 and if I want to reschedule. Mind you, the office staff 1. Lied and said they werent open Saturday, and 2. I'm going to keep the short and simple, I've seen a couple mental health specialists and one of them for a year I've seen could not help me with my anxiety issues nor my mental help, and the other one I seen did try but still couldn't solve everything I needed..however my first visit with Dr.hamilton I explained all my issues from the past until now and the medications I've been on and within the first visit and prescriptions he has literally solved my issues! I had been seeing this provider since early 2024 and had never had a bad experience with the provider or his staff. Once he started to grow in business, customer care went out the window. I asked for my medical records to be sent to a third party and then also myself. During this, I also stated I would no longer be a patient of this practice.
