Live here for a year ,absolutely no problems
Unsafe and Uncaring management!! I would not recommend Hamilton Linden Gardens Apartments. My overall experience has been overwhelmingly negative due to several ongoing issues. There are dangerous and loud neighbors, frequent domestic disturbances, and widespread illegal marijuana use both inside and outside the units. Smoke from the apartment above enters my home through the vents, and individuals frequently smoke outside near the windows, which restricts access to fresh air. This apartment complex is awful!! I’ve lived here for almost 3 years & nothing that I mentioned since moving in has been fixed. I have a tub that leaks out the sides bc of damage to the faucet causing the bathroom floor to be covered in water when I shower. Also, someone tried breaking into my bedroom & tore out the screens of both windows. The property manager was informed of this as well & has refused to do anything. This place is horrible my daughter lives here and has had several issues with disrespect loud neighbors, leaking bathroom,and ants. She has made several reports to property manager who is extremely rude and does nothing. Her rent has gone up to 1200 for a one bedroom when same apartment is being rented for 1080 and her electric is over 200 monthly despite never being home between work and school,so clearly somethings wrong. This place has a very dangerous person living in it, they are extreremly Controlling, they're making sure who visits you and most of all at what time you head out the door and at what time you arrive home. Make smart choices because this place is not worth it.
