I attended the seminar and then submitted my new patient paperwork on December 16, 2019. I was told I should hear something by the first of the year. When I called back, I was told that I should hear by the middle of Jan to first of Feb. I called on 1/20/20 and was told that there was no way to know a time frame because of the number of potential patients that have submitted (160). Really! Honesty is the best policy. Dr Le and his staff are great. They have been there to guide and support me as I have been going through this journey. Dr Le is very personable and we have great interactions when I go in and visit. He has a great heart and you can tell he is excited and proud of you when you come in for visits. When I did my surgery it was great. And now a year out I’m able to do all the things that I could not do before.

As others have said, he makes no bones about what's going on. He cuts to the chase and is likely to hurt egos. However, with that being said, I want a surgeon with confidence. Who cares about his demeanor. He's going to do the job exactly like it's supposed to be done. That's all I care about.

All of Dr. Le's staff were great and very kind and informative; however, Dr. Le didn't seem to care about what I had to say. He brushed right over every comment I made and acted as though what I was trying to tell him didn't really matter. I was immediately put off by this, as I like doctors who try to understand a patient and want to communicate with them. After thinking it over a day or two, I cancelled all future appointments with Dr. Le. If I decide to go through with the procedure, I will use someone else.
