4 years ago today I went in and asked to purchase an all-gold Sky-dweller. They didn't have any in stock, which I expected. I asked to be put on a list to get a call; I had the money and could purchase one whenever they wished. I said I preferred a black dial but would also take champagne. I had a great experience with Elana at this location. I love watches, and have finally saved up enough to get my first Rolex. I was a little anxious to go to the store because I was afraid I wouldn't be taken seriously, but Elana made me feel comfortable from the moment I went in to the second I left. She even went to bat for me to try and get me the watch I loved, to take home on the same day. I left super exited after seeing that, even though I couldn't take the watch home. Thanks again, Elana!
Simply strolled in to check out some necklaces, and Jacquelyn was able to find exactly what I didn't know I was looking for! She has an eye for jewelry and was able to find a piece within my budget that perfectly compliments my daily necklace. I cannot wait until my next trip to Hamilton Jewelers! Jacquelyn was also incredibly kind and friendly, and despite my haggard appearance that day, treated me like a queen!
I would like to give Ted and the team here a 10/10, 5 stars just isn’t enough for how much love we have for this place. Truly, Hamilton will treat you like family, no games here... they care and appreciate US. I have severe trust issues when it comes to spending big money on precious items.
