Visited this store two times. The first was to discuss some service that my non-Rolex watch needed. The second was for the actual service. I unfortunately have clinical anxiety. I will testify that they were all so friendly and helpful without knowing anything about me on my first visit. The two amazing ladies at the service desk understood my needs and wanted me to work with the right person in order to assure my complete satisfaction so it was suggested for me to come back the next day.
