This is an AWFUL jeweler! Worst customer service I have ever received. The owner has blatantly ignored my request for proof of purchase and the diamond my husband bought didn't even have any documentation! It was over $1000! And NO documentation. I have to pay another jeweler to appraise it and I am afraid of what they may tell me. My poor guy was an uninformed consumer who got ripped off. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!!!
