Very unprofessional, doctor samuels. Very rude, she talks about her patients behind their backs and laughs at them with her staff. Very unorganized and forgetful. Would give negative stars if I could. Definitely do not go there if you want quality work done. Also talks trash to people whom were going to work for her and doesn’t pay them their agreed upon salary. Dr. Samuel's will do whatever it takes to do unnecessary work just to make money. I came in for a cleaning and she did something completely different without my knowledge. I've heard from several people in the area not to go to her. She is unprofessional and rude. She has a large turnover rate of staff and patients. With so many dentists in the area I would not recommend her. You will have large Bill's with unnecessary work and on top of that be treated badly.

RecommendedI highly recommend Dr Samuels at Hamilton house dentistry. She makes getting a filling fun and an extraction even more fun. Im so grateful to Dr Samuels and her team for all they have done for me!
So far I have had two appointments with the doctor. Her work seems to be very good however I have worked with other dentists in the past that have been a lot less painful. For example, my first visit was a cleaning which has never been as painful as any other cleanings I have ever received. Yestedays meeting when working on my crown resulted in my jaw being in a lot of discomfort which I am only now starting to get relief from. I know the dentist knows what she is doing. Its just that she is a bit rough on the patient.
Always a wonderful experience and top notch professional state of the art care!!!
Everyone is so friendly and polite, and they do an amazing job. I always leave feeling satisfied with the work they did
