Been here since 2006. Great neighborhood and area. Close to parks, downtown and freeways. Office managers are awesome. Maintenance man Nick your #1. My home sweet home.
Clean nice people healthy environment
Great place to live, close to shopping and bus routes.
Problem is plumbing issues in some apartments. Mold issues in some ground floor apartments, I am in desperate need of a 2 bedroom apartment for art therapy medical reasons can't do stairs ever again and always issues with vandalism in parking lot and theft for vehicles, Gonzaga university is a problem with students being way to loud all night long when walking by, causing sleeping issues for many disabilities and senior citizen and elderly.
