It’s been out beach home away from home since 2010. Wish we owned but don’t mind renting for the week. We love the IRB vibe.
My uber food delivery cancelled the order because the security guard made him leave, claiming there was no customer outside moments after he pulled up. I got down to no driver, security said they turned them away, and they cancelled my dinner I paid for. I never got it. Hire a new security guard, this place sucks.
Location is great, view is great. Now for the negative. Floor was filthy when we arrived and had to be re cleaned. Refridgerator stunk and had to be cleaned. Master bedroom had a used bandaid hanging from the ceiling fan. Unit 303 is not up to par with other units we have stayed in. The pots and pans were not in usable condition. We had to go buy some.
