Poor ownership. The owner only fixes things when the state is requiring it to be fixed. The roof has leaked for almost 2 years and still hasn’t been fixed. Do not take your loved one here.
Woman found wondering the streets of Turtle Creek near 7/11 gas station at 10:30pm 23 degrees outside No coat No Shoes No Socks BARE FEET just Pajamas... Director was very rude when followed up to check on the woman and to make sure a report was made.
From recent posts about this facility, I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there and to not send their elderly loved ones there.
I have worked at Hamilton hills since April and since getting a new administrator this facility is GREAT the renovations they are doing is making the facility more welcoming and home like the residents are doing more activities just last Friday on veterans day they took all the vets to the elks for a luncheon along with a special breakfast in the morning the staff is very caring and treat the residents like their own family ... This is a great place to work. It is also I great place to take your family when they are in need of help. They are currently renovating the entire facility and it looks FABULOUS so far. I cannot wait to see the final product. The new administrator here is doing wonders for this facility and the surrounding community. He is making sure that all of the loose ends are tied so that the facility can run smoothly.
