We were told that our grandfather had to check in at 5:15 for his open heart surgery at 7:30 we got here at 4:50 and waited until 5:15 to walk in but when we got to the doors they were locked and stated they didnt open the doors until 5:30. After the wait we got checked in and were in the waiting room, waiting for him to be taken into surgery, as we were in the waiting a women came to check us in and explain everything.
