I am very disappointed with the waiting experience at Hamilton Health Centre. The waiting time was extremely long, far beyond the scheduled appointment, and there was little to no communication or updates provided to patients. Sitting for hours without clear information was frustrating and stressful. While the I asked staff they told me 20 minutes behind & my uncle & aunt had appointment 9:20am called at 10:50am the overall waiting time was 1 hour 30minutes management needs serious improvement. I am changing PCP's as of January 1, 2026 when my plan renews. Had so many complications with this location (Steelton) from FMLA forms to referrals. Dr. Hoadley seems to not care. She scheduled me an appointment in October, then I found out she's out until December, so of course they had to call me to reschedule. I just canceled the appointment today. Do not want to go back. Also on my FMLA form for my back was only good til October 1st and of course she can't update it because of her absence. I will talk with the spine spec... read more
