I am very disappointed with the waiting experience at Hamilton Health Centre. The waiting time was extremely long, far beyond the scheduled appointment, and there was little to no communication or updates provided to patients. Sitting for hours without clear information was frustrating and stressful. I am changing PCP's as of January 1, 2026 when my plan renews. Had so many complications with this location (Steelton) from FMLA forms to referrals. Dr. Hoadley seems to not care. She scheduled me an appointment in October, then I found out she's out until December, so of course they had to call me to reschedule. I just canceled the appointment today. Do not want to go back. Also on my FMLA form for my back was only good til October 1st and of course she can't update it because of her absence. I will talk with the spine spec... read more

Love Dr. Williams and of course when he went to Steelton location I followed. My first visit about a month ago was terrible dealing with the lady at the front desk. Definitely not customer friendly and has an attitude. Tried, well did overlook it. Today I was having problems with getting a refill, not necessarily this location fault but what was told from me the other pharmacy left me confused.
