I can not even give the Hamilton Group one Star. We finally closed one year ago and I am now assessing the damages, the least of which is $7000 out of pocket when our closing was moved several times because of errors that the agent made. I thought I would lose my husband, a heart patient before we closed. Every day there was a costly delay, Each time the agent's answer was "How was I to know".
