If I could give Joe on the maintenance team 100 stars I absolutely would! He came to fix my garbage disposal and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. He was professional, respectful, efficient and super friendly. He is definitely a huge asset to the Hamilton Greene staff and we’re lucky to have him here! Thank you Joe!!

Stay away from this place. If you want to switch to another unit they want to run your credit all over again even if you've been a tenant with them for more than 3 years, want you to leave a deposit with them and make you go through the whole process all over again like you are just moving in. Moreover they keep increasing the rent every year which I find pretty obnoxious. It's not like they upgrade your apartment every year or provide you with newer amenities. I wanted to wait a month or so before posting a review. I absolutely love these apartments. The community is extremely quiet, no loud neighbors or parties. Everyone is clean. Management is friendly and helpful. Shout out to the maintenance crew who are always available. Service requests are completed in a timely manner. Everyone in general seems to be happy here. Parking is plentiful. My dog loves the long walking path and the amenities are kept up to date and are super nice. I would love if the pool hours could be updated t... read more
