Stay away from this place. If you want to switch to another unit they want to run your credit all over again even if you've been a tenant with them for more than 3 years, want you to leave a deposit with them and make you go through the whole process all over again like you are just moving in. Moreover they keep increasing the rent every year which I find pretty obnoxious. It's not like they upgrade your apartment every year or provide you with newer amenities. I wanted to wait a month or so before posting a review. I absolutely love these apartments. The community is extremely quiet, no loud neighbors or parties. Everyone is clean. Management is friendly and helpful. Shout out to the maintenance crew who are always available. Service requests are completed in a timely manner. Everyone in general seems to be happy here. Hampton Greene is the place for me. Almost 2.5 years here and I love it. It is peaceful. The location is great. I had the pleasure of Destiny Olcott assisting me. She was great and attentive (she still is). We are not far from the mall, movies, Walmart (shopping area), or even the post office. The office is always here to help. They have created social media to keep all of the tenants informed. They create multiple functions throughout the year to get all of out together.
