My Family was in town, an adult and 2 year old, while I was working they went to the pool. You have to sign in while two life guards must be present, who ultimately just sit there staring at you. The pool was covered with dead bugs, they informed the front office. I then received a notice that my fob for the gym and pool were being deactivated. Why should I have to accompany my guest if the want to use the amenities in the clubhouse And go swimming at the pool. Such poor management

Honestly, this place is decently quiet and somewhat clean. They take much better care of the front of the development than they do the back. They get a point for leaving residents alone regarding what they can/can’t do with their private balconies/patios. But they lose a point for how they handle situations (like the speed bump incident) and they really should lose all the points from all the fees they charge. Joe & Donnie and the rest of the maintenance team are fantastic. I've lived here for three years and they have always responded quickly to any emergency or simple fix. The team does a great job of keeping the neighborhood clean and safe and are very respectful of our homes. Great place to live 🙌
