Dr Bess was great, However his receptionist was very unprofessional and did not make me feel comfortable with any one of my interactions with her. When I was getting my orthotics which costed 770$ she was supposed to take off my casting and clean my feet. She told me to help myself. I had clay stuck to my feet with little to no help to get it off and had to remove this by myself when I got home. I can’t recommend this place enough, dr luftig was amazing and dr Bess Is almost as good lol, Deborah has always been helpful funny and right to the point, she’s half the fun of visiting she doesn’t take crap and I can’t blame her. Best orthotics in the province and always willing to help with other issues
I've been dealing with a terrible nail issue for far too long in hopes it would get better and cure itself. I finally had to go in today for Toe surgery and was so anxious I was in tears. Dr. Bess took really good care of me, dispite me crying and nervous. The procedure was painless and he explained everything he was doing. Although the experience itself was unpleasant, the staff made it a little easier ❤️
I seen Doctor Bess for foot pain and he was able to pin point the cause and fix it on the same visit it was a fantastic experience
