I was planing to leave one star But after I met the doctor I changed my mind because his such a good doctor but I’m extremely disappointed with the receptionist at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, her attitude was unprofessional and completely lacked basic courtesy. Instead of helping, she spoke in a rude and dismissive tone, making the whole experience stressful and uncomfortable. The staff are very competent, and every experience has been positive. Deborah is very helpful and goes the extra yard and assisted me accessing my veterans benefits, which opened a whole new door. Dr. Bess is thorough, examined, reported and followed through on my needs. I have been elsewhere, but not with the same service and outcomes. These are great people that provide patients much needed services.
Dr Bess was polite and kind. The office was clean and organized. I asked advice on the shoes I recently purchased for my bother with dementia he agreed they might be a bit tight but patient knows best. Again, brother has dementia can't make that decision. After admitting shoes "might be a bit tight" he cut off and pulled out his hang nail without warning. We were not prepared emotionally, not prepared with soaking material at home. It was a pleasure to be treated by Dr. Corey….. Dr. Corey is kind, professional, knowledgeable, gentle and an awesome and caring doctor who made us feel at ease when we were being treated. My husband I were contacted promptly by both of his caring staff, Deborah and Andrea, to book appointments for consultations.
