I had an excellent experience at this clinic. Dr. Corey was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and well cared for. Deborah at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Their kindness and professionalism made my visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding care and exceptional customer service.
I must say how disappointed I was today when I came in for my scheduled appointment. The receptionist rudely told by the receptionist that my appointment was for the 21st. She gave me the appointment yesterday when I had the phone on speaker and my husband was right there and I immediately wrote the date on the calendar. Why would I accept an appointment for the 21st when I needed an emergency appointment because my two toe nails got infected after I saw Dr. Bess for ingrown nails?
