I would rate 10 stars for Hamilton Foot Care if I could. Deborah's warmth of her smile upon my arrival is welcoming as is her professionalism. Dr. Corey Bess is simply the best. His genuine, caring nature and expertise, along with taking his time to understand my specific needs and concerns is very much appreciated. He's terrific at his profession which I can say, I'm truly grateful he's my foot care specialist. I highly recommend this place for all your foot care needs!
I had an excellent experience at this clinic. Dr. Corey was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and well cared for. Deborah at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Their kindness and professionalism made my visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding care and exceptional customer service.
I must say how disappointed I was today when I came in for my scheduled appointment. The receptionist rudely told by the receptionist that my appointment was for the 21st. She gave me the appointment yesterday when I had the phone on speaker and my husband was right there and I immediately wrote the date on the calendar. Why would I accept an appointment for the 21st when I needed an emergency appointment because my two toe nails got infected after I saw Dr. Bess for ingrown nails? I have been a patient of Dr. Corey Bess since he arrived in Hamilton. I believe he has tremendous expertise and an incredible, caring approach on every occasion I visit. What keeps me coming back is his generosity in taking time to answer questions and offer suggestions to any issues I have had. I’ve found his booking procedure to be top notch.
A professional and friendly foot clinic. The receptionist is very helpful and welcoming. Dr Best is excellent. After his diagnosis of the issue he fully explains treatment options and their possible outcomes. In consultation with him, a treatment plan is developed and treatment arranged. If this practice could be summed up I would use three words: professional, patient centered and friendly.
